Spinning - Summer Berries

I started right in with some of the fiber I purchased last spring. This is 8 oz of Corriedale on my new 1 oz spindle also purchased at the fiber festival. The fiber prep is absolutely amazing - no pre-drafting at all. I also love the spindle! I'm able to spin pretty fine with it. This lace weight.

My goal is to spin up a 3-ply yarn. To do that, I split each bump into thirds. Hopefully it will come out somewhat even. Originally, I was going to weigh the spun fiber to get more precision but it is very difficult to weigh fluff. This is just one of six parts all spun up - about 1.4 oz. This will keep me busy for a while.
